Biography

Carl Bohlin is a highly skilled Art Director and Graphic Designer with over 25 years experience in marketing, advertising, web development, and corporate branding. 

He is certified for advanced computer graphic training in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. 
He is also fluent in QuarkXPress, SharePoint, Dreamweaver, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 

His primary focus has been in Print, Web, Presentations, Packaging, and Direct Mail.
Carl recently completed a Senior Graphic Design position with Today Media, in Wilmington, DE.
Today Media publishes Life Style Magazines such as Delaware Today and Main Line Today. They also publish a monthly paper called The Delaware Valley Italian American Herald.

In the past, Carl has designed graphic materials for several clients, including:
Independence Blue Cross, The Vanguard Group, Alpha Video, Oldies.com, AM Resorts (Apple Vacations), SAP America, NBC Sports Philadelphia, Pfizer,  Janssen Biotech, Sklar Corporation, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Ford, Infiniti, Subaru, Buick, Valpak of Philadelphia, Saint Gobain, Nielsen Sessions, Fluid Energy Processing, Prince Minerals, American Minerals, CE Minerals, AMP, Premier Refractories and Chemicals, Combustion Engineering, and The Curtis Publishing Company.

Graduating with Honors from Butler University in 1988, Carl started his career in Marketing as an Advertising Manager for Curtis Publishing, home of The Saturday Evening Post.

Carl is a seasoned professional. He is a team player with an eye for detail.
He knows how to motivate, take direction and work well with others.
He possesses excellent organizational and time management skills. 
Above all, Carl is a visual problem solver with a passion for design, typography, and photography.
